This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between Partnership HealthPlan of California (“MCP”) and Sonoma County Department of Health Services – Behavioral Health Division (DHS-BHD) (“DMC State Plan County”), effective as of last date of signature (“Effective Date”). DMC State Plan County, MCP, and MCP’s relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors, may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
