This Standard Software License and Services Agreement which includes the following Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (“this Agreement”) is between New World Systems Corporation (“New World”), a Michigan Corporation and Comal County, TX, (“Customer”) , a political subdivision of the State of Texas. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which New World will furnish the Licensed Products and will provide certain services described herein to Customer.
