THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT as of this 1st day of January 2025, by and between Fidelity Diversifying Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with principal offices at 245 Summer Street, Boston, MA (hereinafter called the “Sub-Advisor”), and FMR Investment Management (UK) Limited (hereinafter called the “Sub-Subadvisor”), amends and restates a Sub-Subadvisory Agreement between the parties dated as of June 2, 2022.
