THIS AGREEMENT Contract Number N1000010242 for Investment Consulting Services, hereinafter referred to as (“Contract”) is effective November 19, 2008 by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and Mercer Investment Consulting, Inc ., with a place of business at 1301 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101 hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
