THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (this “MOU”), is entered into and made effective this 1st day of July, 2024, irrespective of when signed, by and between THE SCHOOL BOARD OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter called the “BOARD,” and the CITY OF COCOA, FLORIDA, hereinafter called the “CITY,” each individually a “Party,” collectively “Parties.”
