This Master Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”), by and between Wiz (as defined in Section 20 below) and the U.S. General Services Administration, an agency of the United States Government, having its principal place of business at [insert address] (Customer”) (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
