The undersigned, who agrees to be a registered student, hereinafter called the “Student,” as well as all adults (persons 18 years of age or older) who reside in the dwelling unit, and the Board of Regents of New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, hereinafter called the “University,” hereby enter into this Agreement upon the following terms and conditions.
