CHARLESTON COUNTY PARK & RECREATION COMMISSIONBlanket Purchase Agreement • November 1st, 2013
This Blanket Purchasing Agreement and Open-End Contract gives Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission ("CCPRC") the option to issue orders for Catering Services in the amount specified at the unit prices set forth in the attached schedule of work. No guarantee is expressed or implied as to the total quantity of catering jobs issued under this Blanket Open-Ended Agreement. The agreement, in and of itself, does not obligate CCPRC to utilized any catering services in the absence of an order placed against this agreement. In the event the caterer cannot meet the intended schedule, CCPRC reserves the right to issue contracts with other Vendors for the same services and order partial quantities in order to meet the needs of the agency and such agreements shall not be considered a breach or violation of any commitment of exclusivity pursuant to the agreement. No order shall become due or be acceptable without the expressed consent of CCPRC.
