These XHQ Supplemental Terms (“XHQ Terms”) amend the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) between Customer and SISW solely with regard to the Products identified on the Order Form as XHQ (“XHQ Software”). These XHQ Terms together with the EULA form the agreement between the parties (“Agreement”).
