In recognition of the mutual benefits derived from scholarly interaction, ХХХ, represented by ХХХ acting in accordance with ХХХ and the Federal State-Funded Educational Institution of Higher Education “Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation” (hereinafter referred to as the “Financial University”), represented by Anatoly S. Kislyakov, Director for International Cooperation, acting in accordance with Power of Attorney No. 97-2025/48 of 12 March 2025, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”, have entered into this student exchange agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”).
