This is a card member agreement and disclosure statement (“Agreement”) between Hills Bank and Trust Company (“Bank) andHills Bank Visa Business Card Agreement • July 8th, 2024
(“Company”) containing the terms that will apply to your Hills Bank Visa Business Card Agreement. In this Agreement, “you” and “your” means each individual who is issued a card under this Hills Bank Visa Business Card Agreement. “We”, “us”, “our” and “the Bank” means Hills Bank and Trust Company, the issuer of the Card and your Account creditor. The words “Company” and “Employer” mean the sole proprietorship, corporation, association, partnership, organization, or other business unit, including the individual(s) who may serve as co-obligors who executed the Hills Bank Visa Business Credit Card application, to whom and pursuant to which cards are issued by Hills Bank to you. Other terms are defined in the text of the Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it in a safe place to make the best use of the Hills Bank credit card we issue with the Account (the “Card”). The Agreement becomes effective as soon as you use the Card or Account, but no later than 30 calendar days
