The terms of this agreement form part of the conditions of sale, and shall be incorporated into the Master Service Agreement signed by the customer. These terms are to be read in conjunction with the Conditions for Communication Services. If your NFON solution includes our Ethernet product then the Conditions for Ethernet Services shall also apply. No individual set of terms will individually constitute a full service contract for this Service. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms within these conditions and the Conditions for Communication Services, then the terms within these conditions will prevail.
