This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into pursuant to the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (California Government Code Section 3500 et seq.), the City Charter of the City of Napa, and applicable ordinances and resolutions of the City of Napa, by and between the City of Napa (City) and the Napa Police Officers' Association (NPOA).
