This Agreement is made and entered into between the Crow Wing Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) as Fiscal Agent for the Board of Water and Soil Resources Watershed Base implementation Grant Funding and those members of the Crow Wing River Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan Implementation Agreement (also referred to herein as the "CWRIA") who desire access to funds granted to the CWRIA and who have entered into this Agreement.
