This Construction Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Story County Housing Trust, an Iowa non- profit, hereinafter referred to as “SCHT”, whose mailing address is 420 Watson Powell Jr Way, Suite 200, Des Moines, Iowa 50309, and Nelson Electric, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, whose mailing address is 239 S Bell Ave, Ames, IA 50010.
