This Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”) between the Crownpeak legal entity named on the Order Form (“Crownpeak”) and the Customer identified on the Order Form (“Customer”), governs Customer’s use of the software and/or services available online or provided offline by Crownpeak, as requested by Customer and set out on the Order Form, and any exhibits, schedules and/or statements of work agreed between the Parties (collectively, the “Services”).
