THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on , 2022 by and between the County of Merced, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "County"), and Quincy Engineering, Inc., a California corporation located at 11017 Cobblerock Dr, Suite 100, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant"). County and Consultant are collectively referred to herein as "Parties".
