This stipulated agreement2 regarding discovery and production of electronically stored information (“ESI Discovery Protocol”) governs discovery of electronically stored information (“ESI”) in this case. Consistent with the provisions of this ESI Discovery Protocol, each party shall preserve, collect and produce responsive ESI to other party or parties as provided herein.
