THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the COUNTY of Lancaster, Nebraska, (“COUNTY,”) and the CITY of Lincoln, Nebraska on behalf of the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (“CITY”). Collectively COUNTY, and CITY may be referred to as “the Parties,” and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
