CANADA (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) on behalf of those employers of employees who have appointed or who may appoint the Association as agent for collective bargaining, those employers on whose behalf the Association is accredited or registered as collective bargaining agent and such other employers of employees who may execute an acceptance of the terms and provisions of this Agreement as identified from time to time in Schedule A attached hereto (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”).
