This agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between, Traditional Funeral Services, Inc. with a place of business at 24000 Alicia Parkway Building 17, Ste. 265, Mission Viejo, CA 92691; hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its Sheriff-Coroner Department with a place of business at 320 N. Flower Street, 2nd Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92703, hereinafter referred to as "County," which may be referred individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
