This Managed Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) by XRP TC Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming based decentralized autonomous organization limited liability company (referred to herein as “[DAO]” or the “DAO”) is by and among DAO and its Members (defined below), which will be approved, amended, ratified, and/or revoked in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and DAO’s Limited Liability Company Articles of Organization filed on 09 October 2024 with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
