Retailer acknowledges that [Distributor] is an authorised distributor of Telstra (and acts as Telstra's agent for the sole purpose of supplying Products to Retailers). Retailer agrees that [Distributor] holds the benefit of any promises made by Retailer in respect of matters involving Telstra under this agreement on trust for Telstra.
