This Membership Agreement (the “Membership Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 20 by and between the Green Corridor Property Assessment Clean Energy (PACE) District, a public body corporate and politic (the “Green Corridor”), and the Town of Sewall’s Point, , Florida, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida (the “Town”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for the purpose of providing a PACE program within the Town.
