This Contract is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and , licensed pursuant to California Code of Regulations Section 87000 as a “Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program,” hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” This Contract shall be administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency Director or designee, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR.”
