This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Esri Canada Limited (“Esri Canada”) with its principal place of business at 12 Concorde Place, Suite 900, Toronto, Ontario, M3C 3R8, Canada and the Tulsa County Assessor’s Office, (“Customer”) with an office at 218 West 6th Street, 5th Floor, Tulsa, OK 749119-1004, USA. This Agreement is effective as of May 5, 2025 or the date of full execution by both parties whichever is later (“Effective Date”).
