The Health and Human Services Commission (System Agency) and Permian Basin Community Centers for MHMR d\b\a PermiaCare (“Grantee”), collectively the Parties, to the Mental Health Grant Program for Justice-Involved Individuals (“SB292”) contract established under Senate Bill 292, 85th Legislature Regular Session 2017, effective February 27, 2019, and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000134400016 (the “Contract”), now want to further amend the Contract.
