The Agreement is made this day of 2022, by and between Mansfield Oil Company of Gainesville, Inc., of 1025 Airport Parkway, SW, Gainesville, Georgia 30501 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia, Dinwiddie County School Board and Dinwiddie County Social Services (parties of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
