This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Acendre Technologies, Inc., on behalf of itself and its Affiliates, d/b/a/ HireRoad (“HireRoad”) and the entity entering into a Service Order referencing these terms (“Client”). This Agreement governs Client’s procurement of Services by HireRoad.
