Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), Cat Communications International, Inc. (CCI), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated November 6, 2002 (“Agreement”) to be effective thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the last signature executing the Amendment.

Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), EPICUS, Inc. (KY) and Telephone Company of Central Florida, Inc. (SC) (EPICUS), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated February 19, 2003 (“Agreement”) to be effective thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the last signature executing the Amendment.
