Unless otherwise specifically detailed in writing and signed by the parties hereto (sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”), the following Non-Production Standard Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts, agreements, Purchase Orders, SOWs, formal Change Orders, and business relations of any kind (collectively referenced herein as an “Order”), between Scout Motors Inc. (“Scout”) and its suppliers (each, a “Supplier”). These Terms apply to Orders for Goods, Services and/or Goods and Services, as the case may be.
