This Agreement is entered into on this date of INSERT DATE of ratification; by and between the City of Naples, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, and the Collier County Lodge 38 of the Fraternal Order of Police, hereinafter referred to as the “Union.” The City and the Union are hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Parties” or “Parties.”
