AGREEMENT made, executed, and delivered by and between the AMERICAN GUILD OF MUSICAL ARTISTS, a membership corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York and having its principal office at 305 7th Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, New York 10001 (hereinafter "AGMA") and THE WASHINGTON BALLET, a not-for- profit corporation organized under the laws of Washington, DC having its principal place of business at 3515 Wisconsin Avenue NW, 20016, (hereinafter called "EMPLOYER").
