This agreement (the “Market Data Addendum” or the “Addendum”) supplements and forms part of the Blue Wave Technologies LLC “Blue Wave” & Aquas Financial LLC “Aquas” Customer Agreement (as supplemented, updated and amended from time to time, the “Customer Agreement”). This is the “Market Data Addendum” referred to in the Customer Agreement and incorporated by reference therein.
