ContractContract • November 5th, 2018 • TexasBy submitting an Offer in response to the Solicitation, the Contractor agrees that the Contract shall be governed by the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 20, 21, 22 and 36 shall apply only to a Solicitation to purchase Goods, and Sections 9, 10, 11 and 23 shall apply only to a Solicitation to purchase Services to be performed principally at AHFC’s premises or on property owned by AHFC or on public rights-of-way.
