This Settlement Agreement (“Settlement” or “Agreement”),1 dated May 21, 2025, is entered into between Plaintiff, on behalf of herself and the Settlement Class (defined below), on the one hand, and Defendant Futurity First Insurance Group, LLC (“Futurity” or “Defendant”), on the other hand. The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the Action, subject to a Final Approval Order entered by the Court.
