This OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on this day of February_________________, 2024 by and between NORTH BAY VILLAGE, a Florida municipal corporation (the “Village”), and ASOCIACION DE FUTBOL ARGENTINO, an association formed under the laws of the Republic of Argentina (“AFA”). The Village and AFA shall be referred to individually as a “Party” and/or collectively as the “Parties”.
