One proxy bus in each of the neighboring Control Areas has been designated for any agreement that identifies a POI or POW in that neighboring Control Area. Such Proxy Generator Bus shall be deemed to be the POI or POW for purposes of Settlements. In addition, POIs and POWs referencing a Transmission District (or similar service area designations) shall reference a tranmsision zone. In addition corrections to certain named POIs and POWs are made. These changes are as follows:
