This Amendment (“Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and Geoscience Engineering & Testing, Inc. (“GETI”), a Texas corporation. County and GETI may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
