This Continuing Guaranty (“Guaranty”) is made as of July 18, 2025, by the undersigned, MEDALIST DIVERSIFIED REIT, INC., a Maryland corporation (herein called “Guarantor”), at the solicitation of MDRR XXV DEPOSITOR 1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), pursuant to which Guarantor is requesting that FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK OF LONG BEACH, a California corporation (herein called “Lender”), extend Credit to Borrower. In order to induce Lender to extend Credit to Borrower, and in consideration of Credit heretofore, now or hereafter granted to Borrower by Lender, Guarantor agrees as follows:
