As used in this Disclosure and Agreement the words "we," "our," and "us" mean Farm Credit Employees Federal Credit Union (FCEFCU) and the words "you" and "your" mean the consumer or business that applied for and/or uses any of the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Services (the Services) described in this Disclosure and Agreement. Your application for use of the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Services, our notification of approval of your application.
