THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of October, 2022, between the Village of Oak Park, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Village”), and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”).
