This Agreement for Local Interconnection ("Agreement") made this day of July, 2006, is by and between Aventure Communications Technology, L.L.C. (“Aventure”) and Great Plains Communications, Inc (“GPC”). GPC and Aventure may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as "the Parties."
