This ParkMobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Parkmobile, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with offices at 1100 Spring St. NW, Ste 200, Atlanta, GA 30309 (“ParkMobile”) and City of Kansas City, a Missouri municipality, with offices at 414 E 12th St, 1st Floor, Room 102W, City Hall, Procurement Services Division, Kansas City, MO 64106 (“Client”).
