This grant agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) constitutes a state sub-award entered into by the State of New Mexico, acting through its Office of Broadband Access and Expansion (“Office of Broadband”), administratively attached to the Department of Information Technology, and the Pueblo of Isleta. (“Grantee”), collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties.”
