THIS DESIGN/BUILD AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of August, 2024, by and between the CITY OF BURBANK, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Baker Electric & Renewables LLC, a limited liability company ("Design-Builder"). Hereinafter, the City and the Design-Builder may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
