This Agreement, entered into as of the date of the last signature, between the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (“MIEMSS”) on behalf of the State of Maryland, and County Commissioners of Caroline County (the “Association”) located at 9391 Double Hills Road, Denton, MD 21629, is intended to provide financial assistance in the form of grant funding to support emergency medical dispatch (“EMD”) education programs offered by the Association to emergency medical dispatchers.
