This Master Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between Itron, Inc., a Washington corporation with a principal place of business at 2111 N. Molter Road, Liberty Lake, Washington 99019 (“Itron”), and Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia with a principal place of business at 535 Telfair Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901(“Customer”). Itron and Customer may each be referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
