Agreement by and between the SOUTHEASTERN LINE CONSTRUCTORS CHAPTER, NECA and LOCAL UNIONS 443, 558, and 676 IBEW. It shall apply to all firms who sign a Letter of Assent to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
