This Agreement is made the 23rd day of April, 2003 between ThyssenKrupp Budd Canada Inc., hereinafter called the "Company," and The National Automobile, Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada, (CAW) and its Local 1451 Technical, Office and Professional Unit, hereinunder called the "Union."
